  • Finding Answers & Creating Solutions
The unknown can be overwhelming, leaving us feeling stuck and unsure of how to move forward. Whether you’re concerned about your child’s development or struggling to find the right support, getting answers is essential. I specialize in psychological testing to identify specific challenges and create a clear path to growth, strength, and healing.

    Professional Background & Approach
I am a Licensed Psychologist with a Psy.D. in Clinical Psychology from Nova Southeastern University (2016). I completed my pre-doctoral internship at the Institute for Child and Family Health in Miami, Florida, where I gained extensive training in empirically-supported treatments and assessments for children, adolescents, and families.

I believe in collaborative, family-based interventions while respecting a child’s autonomy. I provide developmental, academic, cognitive, and personality testing for all ages, using evidence-based practices to help individuals overcome challenges and thrive.

    Beyond the Office
Outside of my work, I love spending time with my family, enjoying the outdoors, and embracing new adventures—especially on the water.

  • About Me

    My Journey & Professional Background
Understanding people is a challenge, but it’s one I have been dedicated to since beginning my journey at Lamar University, where I earned my master’s degree in applied psychology. During this time, I trained under Dr. Britani Bertrand, who has shaped much of my work today. As a Licensed Psychological Associate, I am grateful to continue working under her supervision.

    Therapeutic Approach & Expertise
Life presents challenges at every stage, and understanding ourselves can be difficult. Partnering with a trusted therapist can help bring clarity and direction. I am here to support, listen, and guide you through the mental health challenges you may be facing. Together, we can navigate these obstacles and work toward a better version of you.

Most of my experience is in conducting psychological evaluations for all ages. I have a passion for working with children, adolescents, young adults, and parents. I take a solutions-focused, cognitive-behavioral approach, incorporating techniques such as goal-setting, cognitive restructuring, and behavior modification, always considering the family system as a whole when applicable.

    Beyond the Office
Outside of work, I cherish time with my spouse and three children. Our family stays busy with friends, sports, and community involvement. My husband and I have both been blessed to coach youth sports, forming meaningful relationships along the way.

I also find joy in spending time in the Word of God and teaching my children Scripture. My hope is to help fellow Christians navigate their mental health through a biblical worldview while building meaningful professional relationships with those I serve.
